BUT you need to know the phone number.
Assuming that you just move in to a new address and does not know the phone number on the premises, how qould you know what is the previous phone number?
- Plug in a phone handset and try to dial in " 12722123" and it will provide you the phone number assuming it from Telstra even if the line is deactivated.
You will only be able to find out if the exchange is enabled or not.
